1. GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
1. The best abstracts will be selected for oral presentation, according to the judgement of the Scientific Committee. The best abstracts will be presented as oral presentations during their specific session within the Scientific Programme. The other approved abstracts will be presented as a short explanatory video which is to last up to 4 minutes. The organization will inform the day and time of presentations to the author by email.
2. The organization will inform the main author about the presentation. It is the author’s responsibility to submit the presentation in the submission page on LABS 10 website. The short explanatory video must be created using the Youtube platform.
3. The author must follow these guidelines:
3.1 Log in to the event registration area via the website www.labs10.com.br
3.2 Click on “My participation” button and then go to the “Abstracts” tab.
3.3 Click on "Pending" and follow the instructions to upload the video.
3.4 The author must ensure they have adequate resources for recording. Videos with poor audio and/or image quality will not be accepted.
3.5 By submitting the Oral Presentation video, the author authorizes the use of his/her image and voice by the event, allowing its use for the following purposes: a) streaming during the days of the event; b) replay of the event on a later date of its original date; c) sharing their presentation video (full or partial) on social media.
3.6 At least one author must be online during the presentation to discuss and answer questions from the audience.
3.7 The abstracts selected to be presented as short explanatory videos must follow the guidelines below:
* Record the video in a mp4 file format and save your file with the abstract code (click here to see your abstract code). Other file formats will not be accepted.
* Maximum duration of 4 minutes.
* If recorded on a cell phone, the video must be in a horizontal position (check this before submitting the link for presentation).
* The authors can choose the way they want to present their work – giving a presentation using PowerPoint slides, animations or a presentation without slides. Please check the quality of light and audio of the video before submitting it.
* Remember that the event will be widely publicized and no copyrighted, confidential, and/or private work may be reproduced.
* The videos must be posted on YouTube as unlisted which means that only people who know the link to the video can view it.
RESULTS
The list of the approved abstracts will be published on the following dates:
The abstracts will be considered as “approved” or “not approved”. Unapproved abstracts cannot be resubmitted.
After the Scientific Committee’s decision, there will be no appeal by the author.
EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Electronic Annals of LABS 10 will be made available on the website within 90 days from the registration payment/deposit.
The abstracts will be published only if:
• the Scientific Committee approve it
• the author is registered and has paid the registration fee for the event

All participants will comply with the submission and presentation rules described in this document.

ATTENTION!
The registration fee entitles the participant to:
• Participate in all sessions of the Scientific and Opening Program (November 19, 2023).
• Submit ONE abstract, which may be ACCEPTED and compete for ORAL presentation (if selected) and will be published in the Annals of LABS 10.
